Mixture of white and grey clays is dipped in water, and filtered to get fine slip-clay

Slip-clay is poured into plaster absortant mould, being formed and left it for maturing and drying, we got green porduct ready for drying under the hot sun.

Dried green products are gazed and fired by wooden kiln 72 hours and 24 hours for cooling or by gas kiln during 24 hours continuosly at 1100 - 1150 degree Celsius and 06-08 hours for cooling by gas kiln.

Our high-fired slip moulded products are recommned for indoor using. And if being well-treated by water proof EPOXY, they can be used for outdoor decoration
